Do I have a clear plan and understanding of the financial commitmet and timescale? Normally, you will need to find about 35% of the value of the property over the build period. Some contracts will need to be signed 30-60 days after you reserve your property. If you are releasing equity from a U.K. property then have you already arranged this?
